Everywhere is a service offered by GMO Cloud which is part of the GMO Internet group of companies. GMO Cloud also offers managed and shared hosting in traditional colocation setups and well as flexible cloud based services.
Everywhere started out as TWICS. It became a part of PSI.net and then later Inter.net Japan. Inter.net Japan then became a part of GMO Cloud which belongs to the GMO Internet Group.
