Webmail
Step by Step
The webmail interface allows you to see email you have waiting on the mail server. It can not see mail that your mail client has taken off the mail server.Login
Substitute your actual username for the user in these settings.
- In your web browser go to this page: https://everywhere.jp/mail
- Fill in your email and matching password and click the button:
Username: user@inter.net Password: [case-sensitive email password]
Note: Either your full email address or just your user name can be used. - The contents of your Inbox will appear or you can click on the Inbox link in the left-hand box.
Logout
- In the upper right of webmail screen click on the Logout link.

- If you are on a public computer you should clear the browser's cache.
View Mail
- On the webmail screen click on the
Inbox link on the left. Or click on the
Mail icon at the top - In the main right box double click on the Subject of the message
Reply to Mail
- While viewing the email you want to reply to click on the
Reply to Sender icon at the top - The cursor is flashing at the bottom of the edit box. You can edit the reply and click the Send now button at the bottom when ready
Compose New Mail
- At the top of the webmail screen click on the
Create a new message button. - Type in a Recipient email address
- Type in a Subject
- In the large edit box below the Subject compose your email
- Click the button at the bottom
Attach a file
- While composing an email or replying click on the
Attach a file link at the top. - Locate the file on your computer and Open it.
- On the small window in the bottom left click on the button
- The file will be listed in the left-hand box.
- To remove a file click on the
Delete icon next to the file on the left.
Edit Settings
- Click on the
Settings icon at the top. - Click on the Preferences tab at the top.
- In the left-hand box labeled Section choose the settings you want to change.
- In the main right-hand box make the changes.
- Click on the button when done.
